L1A: Domestic air leakage testing

With few exceptions, an air leakage test must be carried out on all new-build residential projects.

L2A: Commercial air leakage testing

All newly constructed commercial buildings with a floor area greater than 500m2 must have an air leakage test as part of the final sign-off procedure. Depending on the results of the SBEM calculation, buildings with a floor area below 500m2 may also need to have an air leakage test.
